A real human who genuinely believes every teen and young adult deserves someone truly in their corner — grew up in Merritt Island, FL, now coaching from Savannah, GA.
When I was struggling to navigate everyday life, I did what most people do — I tried therapy. But after cycling through a few different therapists, I realized I didn't just want to analyze my past; I needed a roadmap for my future.
After years of being the unofficial sounding board for everyone in my life, I decided to turn that into my profession. I coach teens and young adults who are tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood. Way too many of us feel like we're just winging it through our teens, 20s, and 30s.
As a life coach, I offer a safe, chill space to vent while finding practical strategies to help you get through the messy parts of life and reach a point of peace. Seeing a life coach of my own during some of my most formative years truly helped me become my happiest, most comfortable self — and I'm here to pay that forward.
Whatever you're carrying — grades, family, identity, fear — this is a space where none of it gets used against you. Period.
Great insights don't change lives. Action does. Every session ends with something concrete you can do — not just think about.
I'm not here to push you toward what I think you should want. I'm here to help you get crystal clear on what YOU actually want — then build toward it.
Sometimes you need a mirror, not a cheerleader. I'll tell you the truth — with care and respect, but I'll tell you the truth.
We're not chasing a perfect version of you. We're building a better one — one real, imperfect step at a time.
This isn't about dependency. It's about building you into someone who doesn't need me — and trusts themselves completely.
Growing up in Merritt Island, FL, Zach navigated high expectations, self-doubt, and the pressure to have everything figured out before he'd barely started. He now coaches from Savannah, GA — and virtually with clients across the country. That confusion became the seed of everything that followed.
In his early 20s, Zach found mentorship that changed everything — not by giving him answers, but by helping him ask better questions. That experience planted the idea that one real conversation can redirect an entire life.
Starting with a handful of local teens, Zach built Robbins Life Coaching on word of mouth, results, and a refusal to be generic. The practice quickly grew to serve young adults virtually nationwide.
Over 200 teens and young adults later, the mission hasn't changed — just the reach. Zach grew up in Merritt Island, FL and now coaches from Savannah, GA — working with clients in-person and virtually across the country, one judgment-free session at a time.
